Dave Kalema is a Ugandan-American documentary filmmaker, editor, and storyteller. In 2024, Dave joined Library Films as an Assistant Editor after being selected by Industry Standard for its Experience Residency, a post-production initiative backed by Netflix. He contributes to projects led by filmmaker Chris Smith, who is behind the Emmy-nominated documentaries Jim & Andy (Netflix) and FYRE (Netflix) as well as the Emmy-winning 100 Foot Wave (HBO). Dave is currently working on a multi-part docuseries for Apple TV about tennis legend Andre Agassi.
